In the year of 2007
On October 12th 2007 CB won the awards of the Inbound Contact Centre of the year (Outsourced)-Silver in the 8th Annual Hong Kong Call Center Association Awards, Ms Miracle(English Trainer) won the Inbound Contact Center Professional of the Year-Bronze.
On September 18th 2007 In China Best Call Center Awards and Summit 2007, General Manager Ms. Michelle Yuan won the Outstanding Achievement Award-10 years of China Call Center Development.
On July 23rd 2007 In the 2nd "My Headset Lift" campaign, CB got Excellent Organizer Price.
On May 30th 2007 CB was nominated to be the "Trustworthy Jobs Agency of 2006" by Guangzhou Jobs Agency Association.
 
In the year of 2006
On October 19th CB won the awards of the Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year over 100 seats! Silver in the 7th Annual Hong Kong Call Center Association Awards, Ms. Mandy Li (PHHK Project supervisor) won the bronze award of Supervisor of the Year.
On July 6th CB won the ^China Best Outsourcing Call Center Award 2006 ̄. With the outstanding performance in the call center industry, General Manager Ms. Michelle Yuan won the Outstanding Contributor of China Customer Service Award.
On the middle of June In ^My Headset Lift ̄ campaign, Xiao ni got the Third Prize in Cartoon Picture Team, Li jianmei got Excellent Price.
On April 14th CB was nominated to be the ^Trustworthy Jobs Agency of 2005 ̄ by Guangzhou Jobs Agency Association.
 
In the year of 2005
On November 18th On November.18th, 2005, Ms. Jenny Xing (Manager of Off-shore Business Dept.) ranked the Top 3 of the Best Region Manager of the Year in the 2nd Regional Call Center Awards and was honored with Certificate of Recognition.
On November 4th CB won the Bronze of Off-shore Call Center Awards in the 6th Annual HKCCA Award Ceremony. With the excellent performance in the Pizza Hut Hong Kong Project, Ms. Jenny Xing (Manager of Off-shore Business Dept.) won the Silver of Contact Center Manager of the Year.
On June 29th CB shined in the Guangdong Best Customer Service Awards Ceremony 2004-2005 and won the Best Customer Service Award, the Best Outstanding Call Center Award and one of the Top 10 CSRs Award. Becoming one of the four prizewinners, General Manger Ms. Michelle Yuan won the Greatest Industry Contribution Award.
On May CB was nominated to be the ^A Leading Enterprise 2004 ̄. It has been the second time that Channelbeyond received the recognition.
 
In the year of 2004 and before
On October 28th CB won the Bronze of Off-shore Call Center Awards in the 5th Annual HKCCA Award Ceremony.
On October 28th CB was nominated as the vice director corporation of Guangdong province info-association and professional customer service committee.
On October 30th CB won the Silver of Off-shore Call Center Awards in the 4th Annual HKCCA Award Ceremony.
