This is the first time that CB has cooperated with a well-known Telecom Corporation to provide Tele-secretary service for customers since the year of 1999.. Our service index which include average answer rate (99.8£¥) and customer satisfaction rate (99£¥) have always exceeded the expectation of our client.
At the early time of cooperation, with the demand of market and the development of hotline, CB has continuously offered offered value-added services to develop this project intensively, such as plane ticket booking, VIP medical treatment, Golf course booking. Nowadays, the team of this project focus on providing Gotong Secretarial service to customers, the service area covers a wide range of cities, including: Guangzhou, Foshan, Shunde, Qingyuan, Shaoguan, the average ACD Calls reach to 150,000 each day. |

In Sep. 2004, a well-known Telecom Corporation eager to recruit a big volume of CSR under the pressure of fast increase in the hotline service. CB had been appointed as her business partner to supply a pool of on-site CSRs and other relative staff. In particular, CB was in charge of the recruitment, HR management, insurance guarantee, etc. By the end of Jun.2006, CB had dispatched over 800 CSRs to work in the client work station. |

CB has been providing one number (31800000) ordering service for one of the largest restaurant franchise stores in Hong Kong since 2003. CB managed to solve the problem of local delivery for across-district orders. Cooperation with the client successfully enlarged CB's client market from Southern China to abroad. In Apr. 2004, CB participated in tender held by a well-known Telecom Corporation and won the tender successfully. Based upon the outstanding call center system. CB completed the outbound project which included tele-notification, telesales, customer care etc.
We keep on extending the cooperation with the client since the end of 2005, which included Foshan branch, Dongguan branch, Zhuhai branch, Huizhou branch, Qingyuan branch. In the year of 2006, we won the tender held by the client and set up very tight cooperation relationship with each branch of the client. |
